To provide this support correctly we offer several services that make sure you are always getting the correct level of supervision from our personnel. We split the needs of your companie on two main products:
- vCTO, which stands for Virtual Chief Technology Officer, this person, will be a senior technologist, with over 10 years of experience in the field, who will assist you with several tasks, such as, Technology purchase recommendations, provider selection and management, long term IS&T strategy, disaster recovery planning and other tasks of this nature.
- vSystems, will entail lower value added tasks, but tasks that are very important to guarantee an uninterrupted operations, such as Hardware monitoring and configuration, workstation/software support, Technology auditing, data backup and integrity control.
With this two roles being filled, you can get the same type of services that only a much larger company could afford, with highly focused people, but at very competitive prices. Most of the companies we work with had been working with either an intern or a low skilled employee because that's all they could affor. Although this is better as far as having someone present at all times, it certainly can become a much higher hidden cost for several reasons, the person, does not know everything about Information Technology, so on many occasions, they will either make the wrong decision, or at least they will spend longer time to get the job done, at the expense of downtime on your core tasks.
